Home Flooring Connection expands showroom, offers premium flooring at an affordable price
CONTRIBUTED CONTENT — From renovations to new home construction and everything in between, Home Flooring Connection brings style, class and expertise to Washington County, making the flooring process seamless from start to finish.
At Home Flooring Connection, shoppers can find premium flooring without the premium price, as well as a wide variety of flooring options including hardwood, luxury vinyl plank, laminate and carpet. But they aren’t just a flooring store; they also offer tile for renovation projects such as kitchen backsplashes and showers along with a variety of sliding panel window coverings, blinds, shades and shutters. They stay up-to-date with the latest trends in style, color and product performance.
With a recent expansion, Home Flooring Connection now offers a larger showroom and selection of products to every customer who walks through their doors. With notable vendors such as Dream Weaver, Phenix, Mohawk, Shaw, Tuflex, Godfrey Hirst, Happy Floors, Hallmark, Reward, Elysium, Emser and more, shoppers can choose from a wide assortment of the most trusted brands.
“As soon as somebody walks in the door, we’re right there greeting them, finding out exactly what they need, finding the best product for them and holding their hand throughout the whole process,” co-owner Valerie Holden said.
Whether you’re a flooring expert or have no idea where to begin, Home Flooring Connection takes care of everything from the first step to the finishing touches. They go above and beyond by offering home measurements, product recommendations and estimates free of charge. They keep products in stock at their warehouse, allowing flooring in homes to be replaced with a quick turnaround time if necessary.
Brent Holden, whose Utah roots go back to 1870 in Gunnison and Centerfield, owns and operates the business alongside his wife, Valerie. His son, Jon Davis, is the store manager. Holden spent over 40 years perfecting his craft as an installer and sales professional. In April 2017, he was ready to start Home Flooring Connection so he could share his knowledge and expertise with customers throughout Southern Utah.
As a family-owned and operated business, Home Flooring Connection treats each customer like a member of the family while taking pride in a welcoming, fun and easy atmosphere. Davis specializes in working with property managers and realtors, while Valerie Holden is a certified color expert who assists customers by matching color schemes and desired styles to achieve a desired aesthetic.
With exclusive installers who handle the professional installation, Home Flooring Connection takes pride in seeing a project through to its completion to ensure customers are happy and satisfied with the finished result.
While the store offers waterproof luxury vinyl plank and laminate flooring, which Valerie Holden said is currently the hottest trend in Utah, the company highly recommends the use of engineered hardwood flooring, which provides a long-lasting design and adds the highest value to any home.
“Remodeling, with new products that you love, makes a house feel like your home,” she said about the benefit of new flooring. “We have so many different products that no matter your particular style for design, we have it.”
Home Flooring Connection works with each customer’s time and budget to bring the best flooring experience possible.
